Privacy
A clear account of what we collect—and why.
This notice covers the Craft & Code website and Guided Solution Planner. It is written to explain the current service in plain language.
Information you choose to provide
When you send a project summary, we collect your name, business email, company, optional role and website, together with your answers about the opportunity. Please describe categories and processes rather than sharing passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health records or identifiable private records.
How the information is used
We use it to prepare the solution summary you see, respond about the opportunity, assess the most useful first step and protect the form from misuse. We do not currently use advertising trackers or sell submitted information.
Storage and access
Contact details are stored separately from the project answers in the website’s hosted production database. A complete copy of each submitted project summary is also sent through a transactional email provider to Craft & Code’s controlled business inbox so the owner can respond promptly. Access is limited to the authorised project owner through that inbox, a private sign-in-protected workspace and the hosting platform’s database tools. The website is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure.
Drafts in your browser
Before submission, non-contact answers are saved in this browser’s session storage so you can refresh or move back through the planner without losing progress. The draft is removed after a successful submission and is treated as expired after seven days.
Security and service signals
The application uses validation, request limits and an hourly one-way hash derived from connection information to reduce abuse. Application rate-limit records are routinely removed after 48 hours. The hosting infrastructure may also process standard network and security logs, including connection addresses, under its own operational controls.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only while it is reasonably needed to respond, assess the opportunity and maintain necessary business records. To request access, correction or deletion, email contact@craftandcode.ae.
Updates
This notice is effective 29 August 2026. Material changes will be reflected on this page and in the version recorded with future submissions.
