Website terms
Useful guidance, before any formal engagement.
These terms describe the website and Guided Solution Planner. Any software project begins only through a separate written agreement.
The solution summary
The generated summary is an early working hypothesis based on the answers provided. It is not a proposal, specification, professional guarantee or commitment to deliver a particular solution, scope, price or timeline.
Your submissions
You are responsible for providing information you are permitted to share. Do not submit credentials, payment-card data, private keys, government identifiers, health records or identifiable personal records. You keep ownership of your original material and allow Craft & Code to use it only to assess and respond to the opportunity.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, probe for other submissions or use automated traffic that degrades the service.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally be changed, interrupted or unavailable. References to possible tools or integrations are illustrative until confirmed during discovery.
Formal project terms
Ownership, confidentiality, fees, support, warranties, liability, data responsibilities and governing law for any engagement will be set out in the written agreement for that project.
